ScorePotential provides educational mortgage-readiness guidance and intake based on self-reported information. ScorePotential does not provide formal mortgage prequalification, underwriting, approval, pricing, or lending.

Mortgage loan origination and lending services are provided through Southwest Funding, LP (Corporate NMLS #32139, Branch NMLS #141399) by Robert B. Summers, NMLS #231330. Readiness guidance is not prequalification, approval, or a commitment to lend. Final decisions require Southwest Funding's application, verification, underwriting, and applicable property review. Not all applicants will qualify.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or private details shared with our systems.
